Job summary

Flock is seeking a Broker Development Manager to accelerate distribution through a panel of brokers and maximize existing relationships. You will lead growth, engage strategic partners, and drive the commercial agenda with an AI-first approach.

You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop data-driven growth plans, and use AI to deepen broker insights and win opportunities. Hybrid London-based role with a focus on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing broker relationships in insurance.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and spotting opportunities.
• Existing broker network enabling rapid impact.
• Strong understanding of the commercial broker marketplace and processes.
• Comfortable using AI daily for research and meeting prep.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary face of Flock for broker partners.
• Deliver high volumes of broker submissions.
• Grow and develop broker panel, onboarding new partners quickly.
• Proactively engage brokers to promote Flock’s appetite and proposition.
• Develop data-driven account growth strategies to drive performance.
• Support day-to-day trading to win and retain business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver shared growth objectives.
• Maintain broker advocacy and be passionate about Flock’s product and mission.
• Use AI in day-to-day work for research and pipeline analysis.
