Qualifications

• Extensive experience underwriting motor fleet insurance.
• Strong relationships with insurance brokers.
• Ability to collate data and support Head of Underwriting to monitor and analyse the portfolio.
• Provide feedback to improve risk information gathering for frictionless quoting and onboarding.
• Identify areas to improve policy wording and coverage.
• Follow evolving market trends in Motor Fleet and related products.
• Mentor underwriters and operations teams to promote knowledge across Flock.
• Comfortable using AI in underwriting while applying personal judgement.

Responsibilities
