Job summary

Wayflyer in London is seeking a results‑driven Broker Growth Lead to scale our broker panel and convert referrals into funded deals. You will train brokers, build relationships, review referrals, and own the end-to-end process, representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business lending or fintech.
• At least 2 years working directly with commercial finance brokers and a genuine broker network.
• At least 1 year analysing business financials at working level.
• HubSpot experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage our broker panel, bringing on new brokers and training them to understand and sell our products
• Build real relationships with existing brokers, so they think of you first when a deal comes up
• Review referrals and provide sense checks and indicative offers by reading financials
• Own your portfolio end to end, converting referrals into funded deals
• Represent the company at industry events and broker networks to grow the brand
