Broker Development Manager – Salary £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience and location)
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in broker relationship management and seeks a diverse broker panel, or someone with General Insurance experience looking to develop into the sales/broker world, dealing with one of the most product rich commercial lines insurers in the market.
A bit about the job:
The successful individual will be working with a defined group of brokers; the key to your success will be your ability to quickly build effective relationships with these brokers, along with developing a strong internal network by identifying new opportunities and utilise the full range of Aviva solutions throughout your broker panel to secure sustainable and profitable growth.
You will also be regularly monitoring the P&L performance for your panel of brokers and put remedial plans in place where required across all business lines and individual brokers.
Please note that this role requires you to be based in the North West of England and will include travel to broker sites.
