Talantir, a rapidly growing bridging finance lender, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance to drive new business growth across the Home Counties. You will build broker relationships, assess opportunities quickly and work with credit, underwriting and completions teams to speed decisions.

This highly commercial, fast-moving role requires a persuasive communicator with deep knowledge of short-term lending and intermediary channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bridging finance.
• Strong understanding of short-term lending and intermediary distribution channels.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow broker networks across the region.
• Generate new bridging finance opportunities and assess enquiry suitability.
• Collaborate with credit, underwriting and completions teams to expedite deals.
• Communicate clearly with brokers to support fast decisions.
• Present solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner.
• Attend industry events and broker meetings; maintain territory pipelines.
• Provide regular performance insights to leadership.
