Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for Bridging Finance, a home and field-based role with no defined geographic territory. You will originate bridging finance opportunities across residential and commercial segments and manage relationships with mortgage and specialist brokers.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record, strong communication skills, and the autonomy to work effectively from home while attending events and meetings to grow the lender’s network.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of originating bridging finance across residential, commercial and auction segments.
• Established network of mortgage and specialist finance brokers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Self-starter who works autonomously in a home/field-based setting.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and attendance at in-person events.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Originate and grow bridging finance business across residential, commercial, semi-commercial and auction finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries including mortgage and specialist brokers.
• Promote the lender's bridging products through presentations, calls, and meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Identify and develop new opportunities to expand the intermediary network.
• Attend industry events and networking to strengthen partnerships.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
