Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for Bridging Finance in Central London. You will source and convert bridging opportunities, build relationships with brokers and property professionals, and present bespoke finance solutions.

The role requires managing deals end-to-end and coordinating with underwriters and legal teams to ensure smooth drawdowns. You will develop growth strategies, hit ambitious targets, and navigate the UK real estate and lending

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bridging finance business development.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK bridging and short-term lending market.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred).

My client is a specialist provider of property finance in Central London.

Overview of role:

This is a position for a Business Development Manager in Bridging Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and convert new bridging finance opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals
• Present, negotiate, and structure bespoke finance solutions
• Manage deals from enquiry through to drawdown
• Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure smooth completions
• Develop and implement growth strategies in line with business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bridging finance business development
• In‑depth knowledge of the UK bridging and short‑term lending market
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred not essential)
• Familiarity with UK real estate and property investment sectors is advantageous
