You’ll join a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, creating and developing relationships with introducers and intermediaries to win new business in your region.

Qualifications

• A proven background in sales (phone or face-to-face)
• Preferably you have experience in bridging finance
• Confident communication skills and the ability to influence decisions

Responsibilities

• To create, manage and develop relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets.
• Managing and developing relationships through proactive telephone contact with intermediaries within your allocated region based on postcode
• Working collaboratively with a field based BDM to hit Bridging regional completion targets through interactions with firms who are new and lapsed as well as key account management.
