Amey is looking for a Bridge Engineer to join our Consulting Structures Team in Nottingham on a hybrid basis. You will work with Senior Engineers on a range of structures schemes and mentor junior staff, delivering designs from concept to completion.

The role emphasizes sustainability, safety, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to bids and develop professionally within a leading infrastructure consultancy. Applicants across the region are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in bridge/structure projects with design and delivery responsibilities.
• Familiar with standards (DMRB/Eurocodes) and CIRIA guidance.
• Knowledge of CDM and risk assessment for design and construction.

• Produce technically sound engineering solutions.
• Manage and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and scheme deliverables.
• Guide junior staff and support scheme delivery.
• Contribute to bids and work-winning activities.
