Serviced by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, One Hyde Park is one of 22 residences under the group and offers the same luxurious, kind and generous service to the residents as Mandarin Oriental offers their guests.

As a Breakfast Supervisor at One Hyde Park, you will be responsible for:

  • To promote a positive environment of enthusiasm and encouragement.
  • To respond proactively to guest queries and to ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager, followed by effective communication.
  • To report and follow up all maintenance defaults effecting efficient and professional delivery of service.
  • To ensure that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate, rectified throughout their meal experience.
  • To communicate with Back of House Manager in a timely manner to re‑order stock.
  • To liaise with Hostesses to prepare table plans according to reservations and to ensure that tables are constantly cleared and reset according to the reservation plan.

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be working on 5 shifts per week. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required where applicable.

Our commitment to you:
  • Fantastic learning and development opportunities for all levels of staff, with targeted development programs to get you ready for the next step in your career.
  • 3 complimentary nights per year, increasing to 5 with length of service
  • Discounted stays at our beautiful properties across the Group
  • Access to discounts and deals with over 500 popular high street retailers, including discounted gym memberships and travel deals
  • 50% F&B & Spa discount
  • Complimentary Westfield Healthcare cash plan, children added at no extra cost
  • Friends & Family hotel rate and Spa discount
  • Season ticket loan & cycle to work scheme
  • Free meals on duty & uniform dry‑cleaning services
  • Increased holiday entitlement with Length of Service, up to 33 days off
  • 1 paid Charity Day per year to dedicate to a charity of your choice
  • Free Life Insurance benefits whilst in service
  • Company pension plan
  • Access to Hospitality Action’s Employee Assistance Programme
  • Employee Recognition Programmes
  • Colleague social events and wellness programmes.
