The Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing the workflow of their team by managing all aspects of service, supporting colleagues, problem-solving, and reporting to their Food & Beverage Managers. They contribute to the department's efficiency by reviewing and improving SOPs and setting attainable daily goals for their team.
They must lead and inspire others with a passion for hospitality, demonstrate a desire to learn and develop, and possess an innate ability to coach. Commitment to service and caring for others are essential.
