WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2 years + experience in a Breakfast Manager position or as Head Waiter for breakfast service, ideally in a Hotel setting
• Experience with supervising and shift management, team training and development
• Great energy levels even on early starts, to set the pace for the daily running of the business
• Strong knowledge of service standards and passion for food and drinks at quality level
• Good understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
