THE ROLE - BREAKFAST MANAGER

The Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing the workflow of their team by managing all aspects of service, supporting colleagues, problem-solving, and reporting to their fellow Food & Beverage Managers. They contribute to the department's efficiency by reviewing and improving SOPs and setting attainable daily goals for their team.

They should be able to lead and inspire others with a focus on hospitality, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop, and coaching others. A commitment to service and caring for others is essential.

EXPECTATIONS

The Breakfast Manager is expected to:

• Be professional at all times.
• Exhibit flexibility and leadership qualities, and communicate effectively.
• Represent the NoMad positivity to all internal and external stakeholders and act as an ambassador of our brand within the industry community.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance and HR policies.
• Manage workload efficiently, balancing responsibilities on the floor during service with administrative tasks.
• Communicate well within the team and across departments, collaborating on initiatives related to guest interactions.
