Role Overview:

The Breakfast Floor Manager assists in directing and managing the breakfast restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising, supporting, scheduling, and training team members
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
• Managing product quality and customer satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements
• Monitoring inventory and control processes
