Job summary

Nobu is seeking a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress for 30 hours per week in London. You will greet guests warmly and deliver attentive service to create a memorable breakfast aligned with Nobu’s understated luxury standards.

Responsibilities include arranging tables, coordinating with the kitchen, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a friendly, proactive approach to starting guests’ days the Nobu way.

• Experience in hospitality or guest service.
• Professional, organised and proactive.
• Ability to upsell and connect with guests warmly.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant

• 6am to 12pm shifts, 30 hours a week, with additional hours subject to availability

As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress (30 Hours a week) you will be at the heart of our guests’ mornings. From a warm welcome to attentive service, you will ensure every breakfast is memorable, relaxed, and perfectly in line with Nobu’s standards of understated luxury.

• Create an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive and genuine service
• Prepare and set tables with care, ensuring all mise en place is ready ahead of service
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide crafted, personalised experiences
• Handle guest feedback or complaints with confidence and discretion
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant
• Embody the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction
• 30 hours a week, 6am to 12pm shifts, with additional hours subject to availability
