Job summary

Nobu in London is seeking a Lounge Bar Waiter to craft memorable dining experiences. You will warmly greet guests, deliver attentive service and leverage knowledge of menus to meet dietary needs and preferences.

You will read tables, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, take orders accurately and uphold the highest standards of safety and hospitality. Join a luxury team at Nobu and enhance guest journeys with genuine service.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional dining experiences for guests in the Lounge.
• Greet guests warmly and communicate clearly for seamless service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and drink menus, including allergens.
• Explain Nobu concepts and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Read tables and anticipate guest needs, tailoring service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen and bar.
• Prepare and maintain tables and service stations to high standards.
• Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and confidently.
• Assist with barista duties when required.
• Handle payments accurately and close tables correctly.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate where needed.
• Support and welcome new team members and contribute to team culture.
• Attend briefings and meetings, sharing ideas to enhance guest journey.
• Uphold health, safety and company standards.
