Job summary

Nobu Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress for a 30-hour-per-week role, performing early-morning service to deliver Nobu’s renowned standards of understated luxury. You will welcome guests warmly, prepare mise en place, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure memorable mornings for every guest.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, professional presentation, and a positive, team-focused attitude. On-duty meals and opportunities to grow within Nobu are provided.

As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress (30 Hours a week) you will be at the heart of our guests’ mornings. From a warm welcome to attentive service, you will ensure every breakfast is memorable, relaxed, and perfectly in line with Nobu’s standards of understated luxury.

The Role:

• Create an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive and genuine service
• Prepare and set tables with care, ensuring all mise en place is ready ahead of service
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide crafted, personalised experiences
• Handle guest feedback or complaints with confidence and discretion
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant
• Embody the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction
• 30 hours a week, 6am to 12pm shifts, with additional hours subject to availability
