Job summary

Deaf Hill Primary School seeks a committed individual to join the Breakfast Club Team. The role runs 7:50am–8:50am Monday to Friday (1 hour per day) for 5 hours weekly during term time. The post is permanent and based at Deaf Hill Primary School.

The successful candidate will help create a safe, engaging environment, support activities, and contribute to pupils’ educational, nutritional and social development. DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children preferred.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of engaging activities in Breakfast Club.
• Ensure children's environment is safe and supervised at all times.

Band 5 – Spinal Column Point 5, 3,005.99 per annum. 5 hours per week, term time only (190 days per year). Permanent.

Deaf Hill Primary School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Breakfast Club Team.

This role will ensure that the children’s environment is safe and supervised at all times, and able to support the focus of the school club activity. The post holder will assist with the delivery of engaging activities and provision in order to support the educational, nutritional, and social development of the pupils.

Candidates should have the ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team, with good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.
