Job summary

Andras Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the Green Room restaurant in Belfast. You will prepare and produce breakfast items to high standards, ensuring hygiene practices are followed and that the breakfast menu is executed flawlessly each day.

The role requires experience as a Breakfast Chef, good communication with colleagues and customers, and a commitment to food safety. Training and career progression are available within the Andras Hotels Group.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Breakfast Chef/Chef role.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce the breakfast service to a high standard.
• Maintain HACCP/COSHH understanding and compliance.
• Be familiar with the breakfast menu and uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with stocktaking and ordering of goods.
• Wear clean uniform and maintain personal grooming.
• Participate in training and uphold equal opportunities policy.
