Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team. You will prepare a range of breakfast dishes, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, and assist with lunch and dinner service as required.

The role requires a capacity to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible for evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and cooking techniques.
• Commitment to continually developing culinary skills and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast buffet according to menu specifications and replenish during service.
• Assist with kitchen prep for lunch and dinner services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas and follow safety regulations.
• Work with senior chefs and adapt to busy service periods.
