Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Chef for our Nottingham hotel. You will prepare a range of breakfast dishes according to menu specifications and manage the breakfast buffet with quality presentation.

Join a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high standards of cleanliness, follow food safety regulations, and support lunch and event service as needed. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in hotel/restaurant settings.
• Ability to cook breakfast dishes to menu specs and maintain high quality.
• Commitment to clean, safe kitchen practices and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast dishes and buffet items per menu.
• Replenish breakfast buffet during service and ensure presentation quality.
• Assist with lunch/dinner preparation and events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and comply with food safety regulations.
• Show flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends.
