Job summary

Crowne Plaza is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team in Northern Ireland. You will prepare and deliver a high-standard breakfast service, ensuring food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. The role requires flexibility and a strong team ethos within a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Breakfast Chef/Chef role.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and a willingness to help guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce the breakfast service to a high, consistent standard.
• Maintain hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Familiar with the breakfast menu and assist with stocktaking and ordering.
