RAD Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef for Seamill Hydro in Scotland. The role is part-time, 30 hours per week, cooking breakfast for residents and walk-in guests and supporting prep and service throughout the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.
• Experience as Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef.
• Creative cooking with attention to detail.
• Experience with breakfast items, soups, sauces, and afternoon teas.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
• Able to work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is prepped with ingredients and equipment before service.
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast service.
• Assist with preparation for lunch service.
• Prepare afternoon teas.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
