Job summary

RAD Hotel Group's Seamill Hydro in Scotland is seeking a part‑time Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team. You will work 30 hours per week, preparing and cooking breakfast for residents and walk‑in guests, and support prep for service and lunch shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensuring the kitchen is set up and equipped with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service begins.

• Preparing afternoon teas.

Part Time

We are actively seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team at Seamill Hydro. Working 30 hours per week, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for our residents and walk-in guests, assisting with prep work for service, and supporting the wider kitchen team with a variety of duties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items to established recipes and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen is highly beneficial.


• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef is preferred.


• A creative approach to cooking, with an eye for detail.


• Experience preparing breakfast, soups, sauces, and afternoon teas.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• A genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.


• The ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
