Job summary

Hetland Hall Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking breakfast for residents and guests, and supporting prep for service and lunch periods.

Qualifications

• High-volume, fast-paced kitchen experience.
• Experience as Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef.
• Creative approach to cooking with an eye for detail.
• Experience preparing breakfast, soups, sauces and afternoon teas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.

We are actively seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team at Hetland Hall Hotel. The role will involve preparing and cooking breakfast for residents and walk-in guests, assisting with prep work for service, and supporting the wider kitchen team with a variety of duties. There may also be opportunities for additional hours, depending on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
