Job summary

Berkeley Scott Limited is recruiting a Breakfast Chef for a luxury resort hotel in Bishopton, within commuting distance of Glasgow. The role runs five days out of seven with shifts from 5.30am to 2.30pm, totalling 40 hours per week and leaving afternoons free.

You will cover buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast service, supporting the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade in a busy operation with multiple outlets, events and banqueting.

Qualifications

• Applicants should bring prior experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar in a quality hotel.
• Resort experience is an advantage, though what matters most is consistency, attention to detail and pride in the food leaving the pass.

Responsibilities

• Duties cover buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast service, supporting the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade within a busy operation featuring multiple outlets, events and banqueting.
• The Breakfast Chef will deliver breakfast across both buffet and cooked-to-order service, working alongside the Executive Chef and the wider kitchen team.
