Berkeley Scott Limited is recruiting a Breakfast Chef for a luxury resort hotel in Bishopton, within commuting distance of Glasgow. The role runs five days out of seven with shifts from 5.30am to 2.30pm, totalling 40 hours per week and leaving afternoons free.

You will cover buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast service, supporting the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade in a busy operation with multiple outlets, events and banqueting.

Qualifications

• Applicants should bring prior experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar in a quality hotel.
• Resort experience is an advantage, though what matters most is consistency, attention to detail and pride in the food leaving the pass.

Working five days from seven, the successful candidate starts at 5.30am and finishes at 2.30pm, leaving afternoons and evenings free across a 40-hour week.
