Qualifications

• Ability to work well independently and multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in a similar role or keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• Strong communication skills with team and guests.
• Right to Work in the UK and eligibility to work in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section to maintain high standards throughout service.
• Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operation.
• Set an example and guide junior chefs during shifts.
• Complete all training on time and ensure compliance with Food Safety laws.
