Upham Inns is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for preparing fresh, high-quality food and a strong team spirit. You will run a kitchen section, support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and mentor junior chefs to maintain top standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar level position.
• Aptitude for leadership and guiding junior staff.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist the Head chef/Sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Setting an example and guiding for junior chefs.
• Complete all training in a timely manner.
• Follow food safety laws and ensure staff comply.
