Upham Inns is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our friendly kitchen team. You will prepare and plate breakfast dishes, train junior staff, and work in a fast-paced environment across our Southern England pubs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Chef.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Excellent culinary and presentation skills.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate breakfast dishes according to menu specs.
• Prepare ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards to ensure quality food for customers.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Cook guests' orders according to their preferences.
• Coach and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Take direction from restaurant administration team.
