Job summary

Harri is seeking a proactive Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie to join our pub kitchen. You’ll run a section, maintain high standards, and support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations while coaching junior chefs.

This role rewards structure, teamwork and a passion for quality breakfast dishes. We look for at least 1 year in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Chef.
• Experience in a similar role or keen interest in pursuing culinary career.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be happy running a section and maintain high standards.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operation.
• Lead by example and guide junior chefs.
• Complete training in a timely manner.
• Comply with food safety, health & safety, licensing and employment laws.
• Follow Food safety regulations and maintain a positive team environment.
