You will prepare dishes from fresh produce, ensure high standards of presentation, support profitability, and maintain cleanliness while complying with food safety and COSHH regulations.

• Maintain high presentation and comply with food safety regulations.
• Support achieving budget food gross profit.
• Maintain high cleanliness in the kitchen operations.
