The Doyle Collection’s The Westbury is seeking a proactive Chef de Partie to lead breakfast service and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will run your section during morning service, support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensure food hygiene standards, control portions and train junior team members with a passion for great food. The role offers an engaging urban hotel environment and opportunities for progression within a renowned luxury group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef.
• Experience in breakfast or high-volume service preferred.
• Ability to work early shifts and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes.
• Run your section efficiently during morning service.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Control portions and minimise waste.
