Job summary

The Breakfast Club is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team in London. You will support the Head Chef, help deliver high-quality dishes, and guide junior staff to maintain our fast-paced kitchen standards.

You will work in rotations, be responsible for training delivery, stock control and food safety, and contribute to a culture of opportunity and growth within our cafes. OTE salaries reflect performance targets and team success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or in a senior chef role preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is desirable.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and mentor junior staff.
