The Ullswater Inn in the Lake District is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead a section in a fast-paced kitchen. You will ensure presentation, freshness and consistency across all dishes, while upholding strict food safety standards.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, communicating clearly and keeping to schedules. The role suits a punctual, early-riser who thrives in a busy pub environment and is passionate about great tasting, fresh food.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar breakfast/kitchen role.
• Commitment to fresh food environments and high hygiene standards.
• Ability to work with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
• Maintain highest standards of food hygiene, safety and quality.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and dating of all food stock following policy.
