Nestled in Newton under Roseberry, The King’s Head Inn invites a Breakfast Chef to join a warm, welcoming kitchen team. You’ll lead your section, ensuring flawless breakfast presentation and consistency across dishes while upholding food hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Breakfast Chef or similar role.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and stock control.
• Reliable and consistent kitchen performer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure presentation and attention to detail for breakfast service.
• Take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
• Maintain highest standards of food hygiene, safety and quality.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
