The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef for The Swan in Grasmere, nestled in the Lake District. You will lead your station before, during, and after service, upholding high standards of food hygiene and freshness while collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

As Breakfast Chef, you'll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation. You'll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
