Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing technology and CRM engineering.
• Strong Braze experience; Braze certification is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Liquid and responsive email HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate marketing requirements into technical specs.
• Own Braze integration with data ecosystem including REST APIs and webhooks.
• Design event tracking and data schemas; develop multi-channel journeys using Liquid and API triggers.
• Coach teams, conduct code reviews, set engineering standards and QA processes.
• Optimize platform performance, email deliverability and campaign quality; act as Braze escalation point.
