Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Account Management Assistant to support the Partner Fulfilment Programme, helping brands launch on ASOS.com and optimise trading performance. You will work with Account Managers, Partner Brands and internal teams to drive launches, monitor onboarding, and ensure accurate product presentation.

You'll gain exposure to account management, trading, ecommerce and commercial operations within a fast-paced fashion business, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, data-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail when working with product data and reports.
• Good analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
• Confident communication with internal stakeholders and brand partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in building relationships with Partner Brands to drive engagement and trading performance.
• Monitor product onboarding activities to ensure timely launches.
• Use reporting and dashboards to track onboarding progress and resolve issues.
• Review product presentation on site to meet ASOS standards.
• Collaborate with Partner Brands on updates and improvements.
• Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Trade and Ops teams on priorities.
• Support weekly trade reviews by analysing sales performance and trends.
• Turn trading insights into actionable recommendations.
