Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail Merchandising team.
• Strong understanding of 20-something culture and trend awareness.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
• Experience managing weekly sales, stock, and intake.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the Merchandising department.
• Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring department performance and identifying opportunities.
• Working closely with Buying teams for successful range planning.
