Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd is seeking a dynamic Brand Partnerships Manager to lead a portfolio of fashion brands within ASOS Media Group. You will develop retail media proposals, drive advertising revenue, and coordinate with buying, retail, and marketing teams to align brand goals with ASOS audiences.

The role requires proven client-facing experience in digital marketing, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing digital marketing / sales role.
  • Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
  • Cross-functional working experience with client and internal teams.
  • Understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies.
  • Understanding of digital advertising foundations.
  • Experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated team player with tenacious attitude.

  • Stay updated on retail media trends and educate clients on AMG products and measurement.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of brands, acting as the primary point of contact and owning the commercial and marketing relationship with each partner
  • Build strong relationships with brand stakeholders, holding regular meetings to understand business objectives, marketing priorities, and growth opportunities
  • Develop bespoke retail media proposals that align brand goals with ASOS customer audiences, using AMG's advertising and creative solutions
  • Drive advertising revenue and investment growth across your brand portfolio by identifying upsell opportunities and securing incremental marketing spend
  • Collaborate closely with ASOS buying and retail teams to understand trading priorities, category performance, and opportunities that can benefit both the brand and ASOS
  • Collaborate closely with ASOS central marketing teams to ensure alignment across the business as well as identify opportunities that can benefit both the brand and ASOS
  • Lead campaign briefings and project delivery, working cross-functionally with account management, creative, production, ad operations, and insight teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully
  • Present campaign proposals, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers both internally and externally
  • Stay up to date with retail media, digital advertising, and fashion industry trends, educating clients on new AMG products, audience targeting capabilities, measurement solutions, and innovative marketing opportunities

Experience and requirements
  • Experience in a client facing digital marketing / sales role
  • Proven track record within a target driven environment
  • Proven track record of cross functional working, building and managing client and internal company relationships
  • Good understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies
  • Good understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
  • Experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
  • Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude
  • Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
  • Calm temperament
