Office Angels is seeking a proactive professional to support the delivery of the trading plan for Brand online partners in a London area role. You will coordinate launches, promotions and stock with cross-functional teams to maximise on-partner visibility and performance.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, partner communications, and ensuring imagery and categories meet standards across partner sites. Strong relationship and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across stakeholder levels both internal and external.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and timelines.
• Solid numeracy and commercial awareness for trading decisions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Online Partner Assistant and Production Administrator on new products, launches and promotions.
• Manage stock and KPI reporting with merchandising teams for online partners.
• Oversee delivery schedules with non-drop ship partners and DC contacts.
• Liaise with partners on product launches, stock availability and promotions.
• Monitor partner sales and recommend product focus for trading activity plans.
• Organise seasonal calendars, meetings and planning documents with creative and buying teams.
• Identify opportunities and address underperforming areas on partner sites.
• Prepare and report weekly trading stances for partners, as required.
• Conduct weekly site walks to ensure product imagery and categories meet standards.
• Manage and develop Online Partner Assistant and deputise for the Online Partner Manager.
