Superdry in Oxford is seeking a driven Brand Lead to lead a small team and deliver an outstanding customer brand experience in store. You will support the Store Leader, coach associates, and help drive store targets while embodying our style and values.

You will own opening and closing responsibilities, handle cash, stay on top of loss prevention and health and safety, and continuously develop product knowledge to inspire shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail/sales and store operations with leadership potential.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for every customer.
• Proven track record of motivating a team to hit targets and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the associate team to smash store targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Own opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Handle consumer issues in store and model brand values.
• Develop product knowledge and communicate it with the team.
• Collaborate with management to drive store performance and compliance.
