Job summary

Superdry Cannock is seeking a proactive Retail Team Leader to act as a Brand Lead, guiding the associate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet store targets.

You will become an in-store ambassador, maintain product knowledge, coach colleagues, and ensure the store reflects the Superdry look and standards. A fast-paced retail environment and excellent communication are essential.

• Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store and ready to step up.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit store targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Motivate colleagues, provide direction, and monitor daily performance.
• Advise on product knowledge, stock presentation, and loss prevention.
• Open and close the store, handle cash and security procedures.
• Represent the brand, model behaviours, and uphold store standards.
• Collaborate with managers to drive store performance and initiatives.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure an engaging shopping experience.
• Support with compliance tasks and safety in the store.
