Superdry in Northern Ireland is seeking a Brand Lead (Retail Team Leader) to drive store performance and deliver the iconic customer brand experience. You will coach and motivate a team, model our style, and take ownership of daily operations to hit targets while maintaining the Superdry store standard.

You will be passionate about fashion, product knowledge, and customer service, creating memorable experiences and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Model brand values and style, ensuring store looks and behaves like Superdry.
• Drive achievement of store targets and KPIs through coaching and supervision.
• Handle consumer issues in store with professionalism and ownership.
• Open and close the store and manage cash handling.
• Assist with loss prevention and health and safety compliance.
• Share product knowledge and store standards with colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
