Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Brand Home Lead Guide for Cardhu Visitor Centre in Scotland. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting day-to-day operations across bars, visitor experiences and retail, coordinating bookings and guest communications, and leading a team of guides and agency staff.

Weekend and evening work, plus opening/closing duties, are required. You will contribute to delivering remarkable visitor experiences that showcase Scotland's whisky heritage, while driving operational

Qualifications

Experience supervising or supporting teams in hospitality, tourism, retail or visitor environment.
Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Confident working across multiple operational areas and systems.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations across bars, visitor experiences and retail.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage bookings, guest enquiries and Brand Home communications.
Coordinate stock control, cash handling and systems.
Host VIP experiences, tours, tastings and events.
Supervise Brand Home Guides and agency colleagues, supporting training and scheduling.
