Diageo invites applications for Brand Home Guide at the Dalwhinnie Visitor Centre. You will welcome guests from around the world, deliver engaging tours and tastings, and create memorable experiences through exceptional customer service and storytelling.

This role focuses on hospitality, whisky heritage, and premium guest experiences, with comprehensive training and opportunities to grow within Scotland's Brand Homes network.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in hospitality, tourism, retail or similar environment.
• Friendly, engaging communication style with enthusiasm for meeting people from around the world.
• Customer-first mindset to create memorable and personalised experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging guided tours and tastings that bring our brands and whisky-making heritage to life.
• Welcome visitors with outstanding service while supporting ticket sales and the Brand Home experience.
• Provide excellent service across retail and food & beverage, including merchandising and product recommendations.
• Assist in planning and delivering special events and visitor experiences throughout the year.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for Diageo and our brands to create lasting impressions for each guest.
• Collaborate across Brand Home to maintain high operational and service standards.
