Job summary

Bacardi is seeking brand home hosts at the Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery Brand Home in Scotland to deliver exceptional guest care across tours, retail, bar and café. You will welcome visitors, explain tour options and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, collaborate with the team, assist with events and help deliver memorable experiences while upholding our 5 licensing objectives and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent Customer Service in a top-quality hospitality environment.
• Experience communicating with people from around the world and with different access requirements.
• Sales experience with the ability to understand a customer’s needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Food hygiene experience understanding the risks of poor practice in the bar or café.
• Teamworking skills enabling you to support the guest experience seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct distillery tours ensuring key messages and safety procedures are included.
• Communicate the Bacardi story and inspire guests to love our brands.
• Give an exceptional welcome, explain tour options and handle enquiries.
• Engage with visitors in the shop to ensure suitable recommendations and compliant sales.
• Restock, merchandise and clean the shop to high standards.
• Prepare and serve food/drinks in our café following hygiene standards.
• Showcase whiskies in tasting flights and cocktails at the bar.
• Support events coordination reflecting our brands to a wide audience.
• Prioritise guest and team safety and contribute to audits and safety reporting.
