Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Counter Lead to drive sales turnover and market share for the Brand in Bradford. You will maintain a consumer-focused environment, ensure excellent service, and uphold retail standards across all store operations.

You will plan local marketing initiatives, manage events, and act as Brand ambassador while guiding the team to deliver consistent, premium customer experiences and maintain a zero-complaint mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Ability to drive self-development.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share while remaining consumer focused.
• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives aligned to Retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in execution of service by ensuring measures to continually and visibly improve service levels.
• Manage refunds and complaints in line with Company guidelines and to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
