Job summary

Jackton Distillery in Glasgow is seeking a Brand Representative to connect customers with our family of brands, both in the field and on site at our Brand Home. You will be comfortable visiting clients, leading tastings, and speaking from the heart about the brand. A current valid manual UK driver's license is necessary.

The role involves leading distillery tours, facilitating purchases, and developing product knowledge for clients, while maintaining excellent diary management and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months experience in tourism, hospitality or drinks industry.
• Documented success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to prioritise multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional diary management and timekeeping skills.
• Confident verbal communication and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Represent Jackton Distillery, RAER Whisky and Something Blue Gin, raising brand awareness and supporting accounts.
• Nurture relationships with clients in on-trade and off-trade.
• Utilise CRM to record interactions and create insightful reports for the UK Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with Head of Experience to execute market strategy and identify opportunities.
• Lead distillery tours and brand activations at onsite and offsite events.
